I like the look--perfect for my application. The built in versatility for a bright look, dark look, or to add the "rustic" paper speckling was a nice plus. Really, a clean-looking design. I usually design my own documents but when I saw this one I saw no need to---this one is exactly what I needed for this application. What was tough for me was discovering if I didn't independently own the fonts appearing in this document, they were not included---font substitutions all over! As I personally handle my design work in InDesign, I'm still scratching my head about how to successfully print this out two-sided as both sides are laid out together as one very big EPS. I suspect I will be making my alterations to this file, saving it, dropping it into an InDesign 2-page document, and rolling from there. Cumbersome but it works and is worth it for the good looking layout.
