This maker obviously doesn't know how to make a mockup. The "place your design here" placeholders look like the right size for a card. But when you add your image in the smart object, it's just super narrow rectangles and squares that distort your image. This was a complete waste of money and unusable. Stay away.
We’re so sorry the mockup isn’t working the way you expected! The mockups do work properly for an A2 sized card but may be set up differently than what you’re used to. A complete step by step video tutorial is provided with your purchase to show you how to place your artwork so it displays properly in the mock ups. - How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
