PS Actions: The Victorian Collection; Is a collection of 30 Photoshop Actions [15 Victorian Colors], [15 Victorian Effects]. You also get 03 seamless paper textures in both .jpeg and .pat files, along with a selection of Victorian gradients in the .grd file. Lastly, you also get 25 Victorian Frames overlays, all are on .png transparent backgrounds at 2000x3000 pixels, 300 dpi. Each action was designed to give a photo an old Victorian look, with each action being unique. Each adjustment layer will show in the side 'Layers Palette', allowing you to adjustment layers to fit to your photos needs.
