Thank you so much for your help. Uploading the SVGs helped a lot! (*I have purchased files wayyyyy heavier than this one for Canva and for some reason, this file was super glitchy even after deleting pages to see if that was the issue.) The seller kindly helped solve the issue.

Hi Anne, Thank you for getting in touch. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the design. Unlike many other designers, we use custom SVGs which are not available on Canva and ensures the file will always use free elements. Unfortunately, this does make the file heavier than most. If you continue to experience any problems, please send us a screenshot to info@marigoldstudios.co.za. I would also suggest using the Canva desktop application and uploading the svgs provided to your canva uploads, as this might solve the glitches you are experiencing.
