The photo is great but because the description said it was a mock-up, I made the assumption that the file was a layered PSD that was already set up so I could just drop my logo on the image. But, it's only a flat JPG and I had to set it up myself. Had I looked further to inspect the type of file I was getting, I would have passed on this and found a less expensive option since I'm just doing a mock-up for visualization.

I am sorry that the file wasn't what you were expecting - though I do try to clearly mention that it is a JPG in the description, perhaps going forward I would be better adding it to the titles too for clarity. Thank you for raising this and I hope it wasn't too much of a disappointment for you.
