This product didn't work at all, I can't get any of the mockups to work even after reaching out to the seller. Do not buy.
Follow the instructions in the review to get it to work with the latest version of Photoshop. The mockups are beautiful.
Files do not work, was never even able to drop in/preview my artwork.
Hi, we are really sorry that you’ve experienced trouble with the mockup. As we mentioned in the product description, the recommended PS version by Adobe is: 22.2 I let you know that you can install more than one PS app via Creative Cloud. It’s really simple ! Another solution, If you want to use the lastest version you can solve it by going to “Preferences - Technologies previews - tick “Deactivate native canvas" and restart Photoshop.. We've already tried that and it works perfectly ! I hope it has been helpful for you.
