The Resolution of the files is 72 Pixels/inch so when I crop I lose the quality! Could you provide files with 300 Pixels/inch? Thank you for the quick reply.
Hi, We've sent you an inbox 4 days ago but we still have no answer. This resolution should be enough to make any crop. The file's size is 5000px x 3335px, as we mentioned in the product’s description (and I imagine you must have read). If we took this file to 300ppi, then the file's size would turn into a 20.833px width, which would result in an impossible file to work with. But if you have a NASA computer let me know. Please notice that it's rare to find bigger resolution mockups than these. Because, as I said before, they are not practical.
