Not really easy to modify as the text are usually individual letters or curves fitted to the shape. It means that if you want to use your own words then it becomes quite time consuming Edit: This is true for Affinity Designer. With Illustrator it works

Hi, what software are you using? This is made for adobe illustrator which is industry standard for editing logos. All text is editable type paths. All you have to do click on the type path with the type tool and type your own words to replace the samples. This can be done in a matter of seconds. Thanks. Tom.

It all came on continuous pages vs individual files for the logos. Not easy to modify

Hey Sarah, This is standard for vector logos to come on artboards when there are lots of logos. Other wise there would just be too many files. You just select the logo you want, then edit as normal and drop into a new file to save that logo. Thanks. Tom.
