Add a touch of delightful flounce and fancy with Montpellier Script! A lighthearted calligraphy script designed to look naturally written with an air of posh playfulness!

To add to its unique charm , you'll find a large selection of flourished end and beginning letter alternates in its Opentype features. There is also a good selection of Ligatures ( special letters that are combined to look more natural) and general letter alternates to choose from ( see preview image for all characters available).

If you don't have special Opentype capable software you can access these copying and pasting them from Fontbook (Mac) or Charmap ( Windows) - just google to find out how :)

Watercolour effects - PLEASE NOTE: Some of the previews show a watercolour effect added to the type - this is not built into the font, but rather a Photoshop Style I applied to the text layer - I have included this style FREE for you to use if you would like to get the same look in your work :) If you don't have Photoshop, you can always create a similar effect using a black watercolour graphic of your choice as a text mask - for example by playing with Canva's FontFrame App:)

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

How do I install a font?

After you unzip your font product files, you will see .OTF or .TTF files. To install a font, just double click on the OTF or TTF file. For more information, check out our Font FAQ.

What software do I need to use this font?

When a font is installed on your computer, it can be used with any program that allows you to create text. Fonts will work in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe software, and almost any other program with a text editor. You can learn more in our Help Center about OTF special features and installing your new font.
