Thank you - these templates are a dream to edit!! I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this product, but I'm glad I took it with a grain of salt. If you are using Word to edit any template, you should know in advance that it's going to be a "journey." Word wasn't made to create beautiful templates like this one. That being said, this is the 3rd template I bought from Creative Market, and I wish I only bought this one! This designer really understands how to work within Word, and the layouts are stunning. Thanks again!
Hi Lena. thank you for your good review. You are a professional customer and understand what you are doing. I also don't understand why there are still bad reviews, I've tried to make the best and if there is a problem we will help fix it. Thanks again friend .
Formatting and other issues with the product make it unusable for me. Asked for a refund and was refused. Instead they accused me of not installing the right fonts when that's the first thing I did (I am not a tech newb). Ultimately I wasted more time getting the runaround from their customer service team than I saved by using a template. I ended up building my own document and wasted the money on this. In the future, if you want to avoid bad reviews, either fix the product or provide better customer service. Issuing refunds when bugs have been demonstrated is an obvious place to start.
I have found these templates very helpful. While some of the changes I want to make are restricted (i.e. color templates) or require some maneuvering, this is more an issue with Word than with the templates themselves. If you are slightly patient, these templates can be used for almost any professional document.
Hi friend. Thanks very much. You are very professional and we wish you success
