I purchased two preset packages, and they both showed different edits, but after purchasing them, they were both the same package. They are really contrasted and don't edit well. I just paid money for presets I won't ever use.
Hi, Jennifer This can not be, check carefully how you installed them. Maybe you mixed up the sets when you applied the presets? If all the same you can’t get it right, then send me screenshots confirming that the presets are the same. I'm sorry that you're facing such a problem. I'll help you deal with it
