About

Mirador is an editorial Elementor WordPress theme for hotels, clubs and country houses, shown as a 1920s tennis club on the French Riviera: clay courts, umbrella pines, bottle green and burgundy, white linen and film photography.

It gives you two ways to move through a page. On computers the home page slides sideways as visitors scroll, panel after panel, like turning the pages of a magazine. Prefer something familiar? The second home page scrolls straight down, with photos that move at their own pace. Both are included, and you choose one in a single setting.

TWO VERSIONS IN ONE THEME: FLOW AND CLASSIC

Mirador Flow: on computers the panels slide in from the right as visitors scroll down. Panels can be as wide as you like, the row can pause on the panels that deserve a longer look, and photos can arrive from the side and rest on the words. On tablets and phones the panels stack into a normal page.

Mirador Classic: a page that scrolls straight down, section after section, with parallax photos that move slower than the page, photos that drift inside their frames and small photos that float over the big ones.

Use one, the other, or both on the same page.

MIRADOR PAGE FLOW, INCLUDED

A visual screen in your dashboard that draws each page as a map: sections with their photos, the sideways row drawn to scale with a ruler for one screen, a badge where the row pauses, and the menu colour over each section.

Drag sections into a new order, or into and out of the sideways row. Click a section to set its width, its pause and the menu colour over it, or turn the sideways scroll on or off. Save, and the Elementor page is updated.

BUILT FOR FREE ELEMENTOR

Every page is built with the free version of Elementor, from normal Elementor sections and widgets. Click any heading, text, photo or button and change it. No code, and no Elementor Pro subscription, now or later.

Every section is named in Elementor's Structure panel, every text has its own font and colour settings, and the theme fonts and colours are Elementor's global fonts and colours.

The scroll effects are simple Elementor settings: sideways rows with pauses, scroll speed for parallax, colour curtain or fade reveals, drift inside the frame, photos that open full screen and headings that rise line by line.

33 READY-MADE LAYOUTS

The setup saves 11 page layouts and 22 section layouts in Elementor's template library, so new pages match the rest of the site from the start.

Pages: Home (sideways), Home (classic scroll), Rooms and suites, The club, Contact, Our story, Dining and the bar, Weddings and events, Gallery, Questions, Text page.

Sections: first screens, page titles, vision and facts, text and photo, photo pairs, photo grids, sideways photo galleries, the green panel, location, rooms, availability, three cards, milestones, running text, a menu with prices, questions, contact and calls to action.

ROOMS AND BOOKINGS

Add your rooms once: photos, price per night, beds, guests, size, view and how many rooms of that type you have. Each room gets its own page with a booking form.

Guests choose their dates in the availability table and see which rooms are free and what the stay costs.

Choose requests that you confirm, or instant booking. The room is checked again at the moment of booking, so it is never promised twice.

Every booking is in your dashboard with a calendar of the month. Confirm or decline in one click and the guest is emailed.

Set the earliest arrival, how far ahead guests can book, the shortest and longest stay and closed dates. The booking form is protected against bots and fake requests.

ONE-CLICK SETUP

Upload and activate Mirador in Appearance > Themes.

Click "Set up my site". Mirador installs and activates its plugins, then imports every page, room, photo, layout, sample booking, menu and setting, step by step, with a progress list you can watch.

Make it yours: your words, photos, logo and colours in Elementor and Theme Options.

It works on everyday hosting plans, because the import runs in small steps.

54 PHOTOS INCLUDED

Editorial photographs with film grain, made for Mirador: courts, terraces, rooms and details. They come in medium resolution (about 2400 px on the long side), sized for the web; the demo uses 32 of them.

Photo licence: the photos may be used only on the one website you build with the Mirador theme. They may not be resold, shared or used on their own or with any other theme. Need a photo in high resolution? Contact me.
