ByteFrame - Retro Pixel Font Duo
About
ByteFrame is a retro pixel font that pairs the raw energy of 8-bit arcade screens with the clean precision today's design tools expect - two styles, one cohesive grid, zero guesswork.
ByteFrame is a font duo with 2 styles: Regular for sharp, technical pixel letterforms and Rounded for a softer, friendlier edge. Every glyph is drawn on a structured monospaced grid, so game UI, headlines and pixel art titles all keep the same steady rhythm. Each style carries 383 glyphs covering Basic Latin, Latin-1 Supplement and Latin Extended A/B, giving you strong readability for digital and print work - verified by fontTools inspection before packaging.
Features:
-
2 styles in one duo: Flip between Regular and Rounded to shift from hard tech to playful arcade without changing your font stack.
-
383 glyphs per style: Full Latin-1 plus Latin Extended A/B, so accented European characters are already drawn - no last-minute font surgery for your copy.
-
Monospaced grid: Every character holds the same width for authentic retro terminal and HUD rhythm, with balanced proportions that stay legible at display sizes.
-
OpenType extras: Standard ligatures, kerning, historical forms, ordinals, superscripts, fractions and localized forms are included and working in compatible apps.
-
8 files, 4 formats: OTF and TTF for desktop and print, WOFF and WOFF2 for the web - both styles covered in every format.
Use it for:
-
Gaming interfaces, HUDs and retro video game title screens
-
Pixel art titles, arcade branding and tech identity work
-
YouTube thumbnails, stream graphics and esports social posts
-
Posters, album art, retro packaging and merchandise
-
Futuristic editorials and digital campaigns
Compatibility: Includes OTF, TTF, WOFF and WOFF2 files for both styles. Works on Windows and Mac in Adobe apps (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, Figma and any app that supports OpenType fonts. Commercial license required, backed by PaperMoon metadata (vendor ID PMON, Copyright (c) 2026 PaperMoon).
Press start on ByteFrame and give your next project typography with a built-in high score.
