The font is beautiful but in incredibly difficult to see when working in my program. It is not as easy to use as described on the website (using characters to represent the swashes or hearts). If you are in Windows you will be using Character map. That is where the font is so faint its almost impossible to use. I will use it for one sign and unfortunately that will be the last. It was an expensive mistake.
Dear Patricia, firstly thank you for your purchase and for supporting our small business. We are sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations. However, this is not the font's fault. If you used more advanced programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) you'd see that the font is quite easy to use. Some quite basic programs don't support Opentype features (Canva, Cricut, etc). It means that additional font characters (swashes, ligatures, etc.) won't appear on them. Again, this is not the font's fault but it is because those programs don't support OpenType features. On such basic programs copy/pasting from elsewhere (Character map, fontbook) is usually the only way to access the swashes. Also, this font has additional swash files after installation of which you can have access to all font characters regardless of what program you use. If it is interesting for you, we can instruct you in detail.
I was not able to use the cheat codes or able to use the hearts and swashes at all. a waste of $22
Dear Angelette, Firstly, thank you for your purchase and for supporting our small business. We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. Each of our customers is valuable to us and his opinion means a lot to us. However, we are quite saddened about your review. This font has Opentype features (swashes, ligatures, heart connectors) and users need to have at least basic knowledge of how to use such fonts. Actually, it is quite easy to have the font swashes. You just needed to follow the instructions written in the description part of the font. Or else, you simply could have contacted us, and we would have instructed you as soon as possible. We assure you that your purchase is not a waste of money and we still can assist you on this question. We wish you could understand that we are a small business and any inaccurate review damages our business quite a lot.
