Photoshop Brushes by Pilcrowd
A brush set ideal for sketches, illustration, shading & lettering (+ bonus patterns!) Give your artwork gritty, grainy, bold or retro feel.
You will receive one .zip file containing:
- .ABR file (50 brushes)
- .PAT file (50 hand-drawn texture patterns)
Instructions:
- unzip 'Pilcrowd's Brushes for Photoshop.zip'
To install brushes (.ABR file):
- open Photoshop
- go to Edit Presets Preset Manager...
- choose Brushes for Preset Type
- click Load... and find and select 'Pilcrowd's Brushes for Photoshop.ABR' file you downloaded
- click Done
- now you can use your new brushes!
To install textures (.PAT file):
- open Photoshop
- go to Edit Presets Preset Manager...
- choose Patterns for Preset Type
- click Load... and find and select 'bonus_Pilcrowd's Textures for Photoshop.PAT' file you downloaded
- click Done
- now your new textures are added to pattern swatches!
These brushes will look as intended when used with a graphic tablet.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
