Unfortunately I cannot recommend any product from Pixelgrade. The themes are beautiful but the support is terrible. I've had questions and emails go unanswered multiple times about basic functionality of the theme. Part of the theme customization options are now behind a paywall, even though I was under the impression I was buying the theme outright. Additionally, the file I downloaded upon purchase created a fatal error on my site and I had to contact support immediately to get a functional theme. This is still creating problems as their internal update software tells me I have an incorrect theme variant installed. SO frustrating. I am now searching for a new theme after nearly a month of waiting for a response to my multiple support queries.
