Mr. Robert Anthony! is a SCAMMER buyer who downloads templates and then asks for refunds. 1. Robert has a problem with his version of Photoshop and then puts the blame on the template. 2. Robert is using a new version of IOS with an Old Version of Photoshop. 3. Robert is probably using a pirated version of photoshop. If he (the buyer) was using a legit version he could have easily downloaded a newer version of photoshop from the creative cloud. I have offered him "Video Evidence" to show him that the templates are working fine. Other buyers haven't had any issues.
