Here is a process of creating a transparent background in Photoshop with this product: - Each character has a group of layers - Marquee select the Diffuse layer of the desired character (Cmd click the layer) - With this selected, make this a mask layer on each layer of the character, except for the ‘Shadow’ layer - Make ‘Shadow’ layer full opacity and fill any transparent areas with white - Add a ‘layer mask’ to the ‘Shadow’ layer - Copy the Shadow layer and paste it into the layer mask (option/alt click layer mask layer) - Then inverse the layer mask - You should now have an image ready to save as transparent png Hope that helps

A Photoshop template file to help you create realistic words in all the glory of neon signage.

Please note: This is NOT a font or a vector file.

Additional notes: The file contains the alphabet layout as seen in gallery image 2 with dimensions of 6945w x 4911h pixels. Each letter is approx 785x785px @ 300 dpi. Each letter has a neon on, off and cover state, contained within Photoshop layer folders. Just turn off the letter layers you don't want and drag the letters to position, or drag each letter to a new document. Adjust colour and level of type through adjustment layers.

This product requires a basic understanding of how to use Photoshop.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
