Designs look gorgeous and I really want to give the templates a try, but once I paid for the bundle I was not able to access the files. I kept getting a "You do not have permission to see this design" message. Had to submit a request and send and email asking for help or a refund. Really frustrating and it is delaying working on my project. Update: I was sent new links. I thought I wouldn't ever hear back, but they were fast to reply and offer a solution. The designs are worth it.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
