It's unbelievable that a salesman doesn't inform his customer that his download links no longer work. I no longer have access to my purchases. I had a problem with my hard drive and I thought my purchases were safe, so not at all. You are the 4th seller from whom I cannot retrieve my purchases. It's a shame. I expect you to contact me quickly to give me the new download links.
