- Why am I getting an error message that says "The command if is not available"?
- The error happens when you have the Photoshop CC actions loaded in an older version of Photoshop. To correct this, simply remove all of Double Exposure action sets from your Actions panel then doubleclick on the "Double Exposure Kit by SparkleStock.atn" file.
- I am getting an error with the ZXP file
- Adobe has officially discontinued Extension Manager and it will not work with the latest version of Photoshop. Instead of using the ZXP file, please use the ATN file by double-clicking on it.
- I am getting errors when playing the action
- Please try creating a document with just two layers. Also ensure that it is in 8 or 16-bit RGB mode by going to Image > Mode > RGB Color and Image > Mode > 8-Bits/Channel. You can also download a PSD test file here: http://ge.tt/6xk6UJM2/v/0
- How do I contact support?

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
