These templates are beautiful, but not exactly functional. I use Flodesk for my mailing list and you either have to download an image from Canva and upload to Flodesk, or connect Canva to Flodesk. No matter which method you use, it will upload to Flodesk as an image, which means none of the buttons are clickable. So, you have all of these great buttons in the templates that are completely useless.

I bought this over a month ago and could not download it. I have tried to contact Sparrow and Snow to no avail. The "bot" keeps telling me someone will contact me in 1-3 days...more like never. I buy many templates with no issue. No happy. Would like a refund. I do not like writing bad reviews, but maybe this will help me either get the correct download or a money reimbursement.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
