Client Goodbye Offboarding Packet
About
The client offboarding/ goodbye package/ packet is the perfect way to send off your branding and website design clients once your project has come to a complete.
This is the exact document I use when offboarding my clients from the design process including the exact wording used (no lorem ipsum). This PDF and Canva temple download is perfect for brand designers who are getting started in their design business or if you've been at it for years but need to create a smooth offboarding section to your design process. While downloadable template is perfect for designers (brand, website, graphic, etc) it is also a good template to use for any service based industry professional/ entrepreneur who offboards their clients.
This beautifully designed package/ guide/ packet includes the following sections for a smooth transition of offboarding your clients:
- Thank you note to acknowledge and thank your clients for working with you.
- Further design support where you offer your clients the opportunity to continue working with you as necessary for their graphic design needs. This section includes some of your other packages that clients can opt to such as website design support (if they only worked with you for branding) and your design day service where you work through their ad-hoc design to-do list.
- Testimonial request and the best way to ask for their authentic feedback and testimonial when working with you.
- Referral program inviting your clients to join and showing them the benefits of doing so.
