In compliance with the Restricted Applications outlined in the following section, the Designer grants the Customer a continuous, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and global right to:

• employ the Work for various commercial endeavors
• utilize the Work for an unlimited quantity of physical items intended for sale
• apply the Work to an unlimited assortment of digital products available for purchase

• The Customer is not permitted to:

• employ the product for any form of commercial logo sales, whether bespoke or intended for resale
• sell the chosen product
• assert ownership of the selected product
• distribute the files to third parties or include them in giveaways or promotional activities

• Right to Credit for the Designer:

Both the Designer and the Customer concur that upon inquiry, the Customer is obliged to accurately recognize 1801Prints as the originator of the Work. The Customer is not required to actively associate the Designer's name with the Work; however, they must refrain from attempting to deceive others into believing that the Work was crafted by anyone other than the Designer.

The utilization of my watercolor clip art for LOGO creation is explicitly FORBIDDEN. It is solely permitted for personal purposes, and the end product cannot be copyrighted or trademarked under any circumstances. When using personal logos, 1801Prints must continue to be acknowledged or cited as the design source. Commercial logo creators, whether engaged in custom projects or producing logos for general sale, are prohibited from incorporating my clip art into their design offerings. As my primary focus is logo design, kindly honor my means of income by refraining from marketing these creations as logos.
