About

Paint Roller textures are a great way to add an authentic vintage or retro look to your creative designs or illustrations. As some of you may know, I create a lot of vintage mascot illustrations. These are my go to textures for taking those illustrations to the next level. Because I create so many, I decided to make this sort of an "uber" pack with 66 total paint roller textures (plus all the extra versions and bonuses). Some of these textures are from old worn/faded paint that was rolled onto metal doors, signs, buildings, dumpsters, etc. years and years ago (shot with a Canon EOS 5D Markii). Some were created by myself by hand using three different size rollers and black acrylic paint on various textured papers and boards, which were scanned at 1,200 dpi and cleaned/refined as usual.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

StockMamba textures are either created by hand and scanned at 1,200 dpi or shot at 21.1 megapixels. In most cases we don't bother creating vector versions of high res textures because they can be extremely memory intensive depending on path counts. Instead, we offer a lighter alternative in "Vector Bits", or small pieces of some of the textures in the pack. The Graphic Styles included in this pack are all constructed of repeat patterns which are great for backgrounds, web patterns, packaging, social media banners, etc.

How can I unzip product files?
