AGORA / Magazine Mockups I have purchase this product but did not receive the mockup files

As mentioned in the product description, our mockup files are stored on Google Drive and once you make a purchase, you'll get complete and unlimited access to download them. The download links have consistently functioned correctly without any issues. Moreover, we have provided detailed instructions on how to access and download the mockup files from Google Drive after your purchase, but we haven't received a response. - How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
