The design is cute but the files (png) didn't open in Adobe. Only the intructions did which were pdf. I'm hoping for my $$ back. TN
The files can be opened in Photoshop, illustrator and Indesign and other adobe programs I am not sure why you are claiming they can't be. They are PNGs which is not a vector file so you can't edit the colours and there is no layers you can edit which is the nature of PNG files. It states that clearly int the listing that it they are PNG files.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
