USAGE & LICENSING: Whether you’re a creative professional or an amateur DIY-er, my hand drawn illustrations are perfect for your project. This section will help you know how you’re legally allowed to use this illustration.

Purchasing this listing means you are allowed to use this illustration for your personal use (i.e. not making any money by using this illustration on an end product). You are welcome to use it for your wedding invitations, stationery, brand logo, etc.

You may not use this listing if you are making any money selling it as an end product. For example, if you’re designing an invitation for a client and using this illustration, that would be selling my illustration as an end product. Or, if you would like to use this illustration within a larger artwork and sell the design, that would also be using my illustration to sell an end product. For both of those uses, and any other usage where you make money selling my illustration as an end product, you must purchase the COMMERCIAL LICENSE listing in addition to the illustration listing. A commercial license must be purchased for each illustration listing which you intend to use on end products for sale.

Please note: These illustrations, even when purchased with the Commercial License are NOT for template use. You may not use this or any other of my illustrations within a template for sale. This includes template platforms like Template, Dazzle, or Corjl.

Please note: Usage of any and all of my illustrations must be incorporated within your own unique design (i.e. invitations, napkins, signage, etc). These marks are not intended for any sort of individual distribution and must be used as part of a greater design (they cannot be the design as a whole). That means you cannot simply add this design to a tote bag, mug, etc by itself; you must add your own design items to the overall product design.

If you have any questions about usage and licensing or would like to reach out about custom work, please don’t hesitate to reach out! You can email me at emily (at!) thehappygingerco.com or message me through Etsy.
