I am so impressed with the customer service I had to leave a review. I purchased this product and tried to follow the instructions, could not figure out what I was doing wrong, so I emailed for help. I got a quick reply with very clear information, and was able to upload the templates to Mailchimp. I then used one of the templates - took me a bit to figure out the sections, but when I did, what a major impressive difference to my newsletter, wow! My readers loved it, too. But, I was hoping for more customization, so I emailed some feature enhancement requests. Within less than 24 hours, they had updated the template for me with exactly the customizations I wanted, and it's beautiful and they are so helpful!
