Hey, Tom, I can convert the photo to black and white myself in Photoshop, its simple, why would I pay for you to do it? Well, the art of a good a B&W photo is certainly a fine one, my actions have been perfected to give different B&W effects in a single click. Not only do they create a beautiful image, some add light leaks, some sharpen, others smooth skin tones and are sure to work with any image!
