Balancia was born as a result of experiments with classic brush script letter shapes and a hand lettered approach. Letter shapes were reimagined, redrawn and refined with a great attention to detail and abstract beauty of every single letter to infuse the design with a modern touch and a strong originality.
Balancia was intended for making a big impact with short phrases. Use it for creating effective titles, logo design, branding, wordmarks, apparel graphics, inspirational quotes, posters, packaging, as a part of type lockups or another typographic treatments, and more.
Balancia has a set of final and initial alternates for every letter to ensure more natural look of a written text. It also has a set of graceful ending and beginning swash alternates of a various length and weight for every lowercase and uppercase letter to make it possible to create really catchy and balanced designs. Be sure to play with alternates, it can significantly change the overall feeling of a design at work.
