Only really purchased for the need of a full design to wrap around the centre of the mug. I accept the extra work with them not being smart objects but it doesn't look realistic if the design is anything but a single image for one side of the mug. The video guide also only shows a small single design for one side of the mug (the easier of the two) rather than a full print which isn't helpful. Unfortunately this isn't what was expected and isn't fit for the reason it was purchased.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
