Crosshatching Procreate Brushes
About
This brush set came from my love of classical hatching and crosshatching works from the masters of the past like Rubens and from contemporary masters of the comics and Graphic novels like Serpieri. Simple as that:
if you want to give beautiful, convincing and controlable crosshatching and even etching looks to your Procreate artworks, give this set a try.
The Crosshatching and Etching Procreate Brush Set contains:
- 1 crosshatch and etch brush small
- 1 crosshatch and etch brush large
- and for FREE as a gift is included my Lopesco pen (my personal ink pen brush that I use on my personal artworks).
My workflow suggestions when using these brushes are: -a. start making your lineart; -b. make your shadows and halftones according to your model or idea (a medium opacity is advisable, but experiment with it - I use to start at 40% of opacity - it can create great halftones) -c. use the Crosshatching brushes as erasers to complement the shadows, halftones and lighting effects.
This brush set is compatible with all Procreate versions. Compatible with Apple Pencil (experiment with the opacity settings to fit your Pencil)

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
