I purchased this for a project. I was soo excited. I have several more items I planned on purchasing. I have a question about editing the file since this is new for me. I have messaged the shop owner for assistance. After several days without a reply I sent another message hoping to hear from them & have assistance with this product. It has been one week & I still have not received any acknowledgement of my request for assistance nor a reply to my 2nd email reaching out to them. I am really disappointed with the lack of customer care from this shop especially since I would love to purchase more items.
