Webflow projects cannot be downloaded immediately like a font, or a mockup. Because of this we need your email address to send the project to. This is why you cannot access the file right away after you complete your purchase. Once we receive your email, we transfer the project to you :)

There aren't any files in the download, just a demo video
Hi Jessica, as we mentioned earlier, Webflow templates cannot be downloaded immediately after purchase. These templates must be transferred from one Webflow account to another. This is why we first need the appropriate Webflow email account you wish to use, and then we send you the project template. Looking forward to seeing your project launched and online :)

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
