Troubleshooting & Support
If you get an "invalid signature" error when you try to install for Creative Suite:
This issue is caused by an out-of-date version of Adobe Extension Manager. Please visit http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/ and pick the appropriate download for your version of Creative Suite. Once updated, attempt the extension install again.
If you're having trouble installing on Windows:
The common cause is not having permissions to install software on your computer. Right-click on the installer and click "Run as Admin", or ask your system administrator for help.
If Photoshop crashes when you try to open the extension on Mac OS X:
Open "Terminal", paste the following line, and press [ENTER]:
curl https://creativemarket.com/adobe-extension/crashfix.sh 2>/dev/null | sh
Note: Please be aware that the command above will clear your workspace settings.
