📜 A Typeface Steeped in Heritage
Black Nory was carefully designed to echo the textural richness of European blackletter scripts, especially the Gothic Minuscule and Textura styles, widely used from the 12th to the 17th century. Originally seen in religious texts, royal charters, and medieval literature, this style continued to influence print design for centuries, especially in Northern Europe.
With Black Nory, the artistry of this period is reborn for modern designers — pairing a historical heart with digital precision.
