Animated Marker Font - BLACKDOT

Welcome to the BLACKDOT aesthetic - an animated rough and hand painted marker font.

The urban handmade style and the rough texture makes this perfect for fashion, sports and any dynamic design!

FONT INFORMATION

• Blackdot otf
  • all lowercase, uppercase, alternates and signs as animated version
  • please make sure your program supports alternates & ligatures
• rough version only available as animation and PNG

ANIMATION INFORMATION:

• mov file format with transparent background
• base color black
• duration 6 sec (building up around 1.5 sec, building back around 1.5 sec)
• size between 500 & 2000px depending on shape of letter or sign
• tutorial in the previews above (last slide)

All letters and elements are animated separately and can be used by drag & drop on a desktop computer in the following programs:

• Photoshop 2018 & newer (Tutorial in the previews above!)
• Premiere Pro
• After Effects (animation is ready rendered, no open sequences available)
• DaVinciResolve
• FinalCut Pro

For Mac M1 & Photoshop 2021 users - there is a bug atm when trying to use the timeline. Here is how to fix it until Ps get's it's next update : You can stay in 2021 - close Photoshop. Go to Applications folder, open the photoshop folder and right click on the Photoshop app, then select Get info. Tick the 'Open using Rosetta' checkbox. Reopen Photoshop and it should now work. Or add another older Ps version through your Creative Cloud and use it (right corner, 3 dots, other versions)
