We met a lot of great people while we were at HOW Design Live in Boston a couple of weeks ago. Some of them even agreed to step in front of the camera with us and answer a few questions.
Two such gentlemen were Eric Daniels and Trent Duran, in-house designers for what is my personal favorite airline, Southwest. In the video above they chat with us briefly about the conference, their work, and some of the challenges they face as in-house designers for such a big company.
