Really unhappy with this file. I have never left a negative review or comment before, the layers were weirdly named, the background and editing the designs were odd. And on top of that, the envelopes and cards are "stuck" together and can't be moved independently. I am really sad I purchased this file and I wish I had read all of the comments before I hit "buy". I purchase a lot of mockups and am usually not fully satisfied with the cheaper mockups... however, this was $17 and I pretty un-usable. Oh, and the postcard size isn't standard printing and roughly comes out to 5" x 3.33" This template might be fine if you aren't planning on actually printing your files, but if you are using this in lieu of photoshoots of your actual files, it's a serious waste of money. Do not recommend.

I'm really sorry to hear that. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can always ask for money back. I understand your anger but I have also few points: 1. My mockups give more than copy paste. You can customize almost every aspects of design like: lights, shadows, color of additional elements and background - not only placeholder for your project. 2. For this mockup you have Youtube video with step by step tutorial how to use it. 3. Layers name are logic, and describes what they do. Thats why even non english user know what to do. 4. You don't need use extra background feature. If you want use it there is chapter in video tutorial how to use it. Just few click. 5. Yes - you can't move obiect around scene. This is extra feature, required a lot of work in this case so I don't even mention about that. How it should work when obiect overlap? What about shadows and light? How get right photorealistic results? 6. This is European standart size: A5, why you assume this is US size? 7. First two sentence of description: Create a realistic Postcard & Envelope presentation in few seconds. Postcard With Envelope MockUp is a pack of 6 PSD files, perfect for show – up your design. So as you can see this is for presentation purpose only - not print / production ready files... and last not least - if you have any question I always support my customers, just ask and I will try help - thats why I think this review is really unfair...
