STEP 2) Then highlight the first Action step -"Starter Template" .Then, hit the small "play" button at the bottom of the palette. - You can place your artwork after the Action complete.
STEP 3) After complete rendering the Starter Template step , then play the "Render 3D" step. It will takes seconds to complete.

The template delivered what was promised, but read the description carefully! For mockups, I'm used to just plugging my design into a layer that updates something that has already been designed. With this template, the user has to run the rendering. The description doesn't explain it very well, but I went the website listed in it and the "User Guide" tab did a great job walking me through the steps. I was able to generate an amazing high-res file from it. Not the most user-friendly method, but overall a great template!
