Help! I am getting an error message while trying open PNG files!

If you get an error message that the PNG file is "corrupt" or "outdated" or having a "parsing" error, please try one of these solutions, and you should be back up and running in no time: • http://youtu.be/JpH3N8PIP4Y - open the file in Preview (Mac) or Paint (PC) and save as a PNG (name it something different) • Open up the file as a Smart Object • Create a new document and do a File > Place

What fonts did you use for the display images?

Fonts used were from Thankful Complete (Sans, Serif, and Script) (http://crtv.mk/tpeB) and Adorn (Slab) (http://crtv.mk/tpeF). All other lettering is done with the included bonus handmade alphabets.

Are these available in a vector format?

At this time, this product is only available as high-res (400DPI) PNG and layered PSD files in order to preserve the chalky/penciled effect, but if you are interested in a vector format for any of the overlays, send me a message with your proof of purchase, and I'll send you a vector version of any of the overlays you want. I have tentative plans to update the product with vector paths if there is enough interest.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
