- What software do I need to use this product?
- Any software that supports .PNG files will open these textures. Some examples are Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. PNG files are also placeable into Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. Because of the very high resolution of these textures, I recommend using them in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements.
- Help! I am getting an error message while trying open PNG files!
- If you get an error message that the PNG file is "corrupt" or "outdated" or having a "parsing" error, please try one of these solutions, and you should be back up and running in no time: • http://youtu.be/JpH3N8PIP4Y - open the file in Preview (Mac) or Paint (PC) and save as a PNG (name it something different) • Open up the file as a Smart Object • Create a new document and do a File > Place

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
