Installation Instructions

unzip the download file and double click the .ASL file located in the "styles" folder and double click the .atn file located in the "Actions" folder.

How to use actions

In order to use the actions, it is required to have the styles (.asl) installed.

1. Create text or shape
2. Rename layer "hero" (note: do not use quotes and hero must be all lowercase, action will still work but will not be grouped / organized)
3. Navigate to Actions window "window actions"
4. Find "Super Hero 3D Effects" folder and expand by clicking the right carrot / arrow to the left of the folder
5. Click the 3D effect you want to use and click the "play" button to generate effect

Note: You can easily edit the 3D effect without rerunning the actions. Simply double clicked the layer labeled "Double click to edit", make changes and save document. This layer is a smart object and when editing the object, it will automatically update the 3D style / effect.

How to use the photoshop file

1. Expand the 3D effects grouped folder that you wish to replicate / edit.
2. double clicked the layer labeled "Double click to edit"
3. Edit the text and click "save"

Note: You can increase canvas size if need be. You can also stack texted on top of each other without ruining the effect. You can also remove all of the text in the opened smart object and replace it with a shape and it will work as well.
