Beautiful mockups but can't use them. I've been using Creative Market mockups for quite a while now with no problems in Gimp or Photoshop. I opened and used the flat lay towel mockup with no problem. As soon as I opened the stacked towels, my photoshop slowed down tremendously, then froze. I've tried it multiple times. Even closed everything on my computer, restarted the computer, then opened only Photoshop and the mockup, still no luck. Unfortunately, I can't use these for my business and will purchase a different towel mockup. I hate it because these were my favorite.
Hello Keeona, We are truly sorry to hear that. Because of complciated folds of fabric, we had to use 3D design layers, as there are no other tools in Photoshop to warp design in this way. Which version of Photosohp are you using? (min version is always written in listing description) Could you contact us via email: info@creatsy.com with more details about this issue? I will also send you private message with few thing you could check on you PC :), we can also send you smaller files if needed ;) Or we can help you to check what may causin this problem! Easy to change and very versatile. Layer names referring to developers local desktop (but works fine), instructions not up to date (but easy to change without instructions). Lower edge of towels look very jagged when zooming in to 100%, but looks OK if you scale down the image/zoom out. Photoshop has not crashed for me in years, but these files have now made Photoshop crash ("quit unexpectedly") 3 times in 20 minutes. Probably nothing wrong with this file, but you should have a newer computer / GPU to cope with these files. (I am running late 2013 MBPr, 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7, 16Gb RAM)

I'm sorry to hear that your Photsohpp crashes while using the files, which version of Photosohp are you using (min version is always written in listing description)? do you have propper graphic card drivers installed? Could you sens us screeshoots of jagged parts of towel, as it may be a Photoshop issue as well. You can also check if you have "Use Graphic Prcessor" checked in your Performance tab (Preferences) Our email: info@creatsy.com Inside the main zip file you should find 2 PDFs with instructions to the top view files and folded towels.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
