EDIT: WE REPLACED 3D LAYERS WITH REGULAR SMART OBJECTS. FILES WILL WORK NOW IN PHOTOSHOP MIN. CC2020 AND IN PHOTOPEA. Photoshop CC supports 3D and will be for the next couple of years, maybe this issue may be caused by bug in current Photoshop version, but Adobe knows about it and working on the fix. If case of other issues, here are temporary fixes from Adobe (please scroll to 3D section): https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html This should help: "Go to Preferences Technology Previews, and check the item Deactivate Native Canvas, then restart Photoshop. " Have you updated your PS recently? Newest PS version have a lot of bugs, so we can recommend to install one of the older Photoshop versions. For now, recommended PS version by Adobe is: 22.2 / 22.X (Please Deactivate Native Canvas as well) You can install more than one PS app via Creative Cloud. We know that 3D may not be supported (in about 2 years) and we are in constant contact with Adobe for some time now. We will be talking about possible solutions that Adobe can provide, or we will remake/make these files compatible with newest Photoshop versions. So, until then we will be ready with all the files to be compatible! :) Let me know if that helped! PS. We do not recommend to uninstall older PS versions until all the files won't be updated or Photoshop bugs fixed.

Hi Gideon! We sent you PM with alternative download method, and uploaded these files directly on Creative Market so you can download them via these both methods. Which browser are you using? We can recommend Chrome or Firefox, as these browsers are much stable.
