It is not usable. It's a ram hog. 64mgs of ram on one computer barely got it working. Process is too complicated. Psd file won't open when following instructions. Did anyone test this mock-up before it was put on the market?
Hi James, Do you mean 64Gb? We tested these with less than 64Gb of ram and they worked properly. Could you send us more details about these issues, our email: info@creatsy.com . Not only ram amount indicates how files perform. Do you have enough amount of space on your hard drive/scratch disks?(PS wont open files in this case) New PS version have a lot of bugs as well. I will send you few questions via PM as well!

Normally, I love Creatsy products, but this one seems impossible to open. Two browsers later and multiple attempts to download, this product is still "downloading". Too bad we can't ask for refunds or in this case an easy way to get in touch with the creator. But like I said, love them almost always and I've seen this product in action. Nice...only if I could open it...

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
