5 star edit for the creator. Not for this scam site. It has been 7 days since I made this purchase and the creative market customer service still has not responded to my mails. I guess they are still searching for someone who can understand what he/she reads. All of those creators has their own sites or released their arts in different platforms. Use these platforms. This one taking 60% cut. Pay the designer not this scammers. This site doesnt have customer service. They dont care about you. My original comment: This site is totally scam. They made me purchase credits to buy items at discounted price with credits. After credits purchased for 30 dollars, I have to pay additional 20 dollars for this product. Normally I should have able to buy it with the the credits but at the checkout they suddenly charge you 20 dollars. They don't even have proper customer service. I sent emails several times, initially they responded with copy paste answers but now dont even respond

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
