Disappointed the only object that can be individually controlled is the reindeer. Each card is fixed so unable to move cards individually (layer mask is grouped) I have purchased over 15 templates from Creatsy over the years and haven't had any issues.

Each view represents a scene carefully arranged and then photographed. Unfortunately, individual elements cannot be moved as they are part of a single photograph. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope this helps clarify the design process behind this mockup. 😊
This is a really complicated file set up, and I work with PS everyday. Also beware, the BG image is fixed so you can't change the positions.
Hi Emma, Could you send us more details about these issues? There are only two types of layers to edit: smart objects and color layers. Background images are not fixed, you can move whole object in the scene :) Objects are inside groups which you can move using Photoshop move tool.

- How can I unzip product files?
PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
