Please refer to the following solutions: This issue is caused by a bug in the current version of Photoshop, but Adobe is aware of it and is working on a fix. They have provided some temporary fixes, which you can find on this page (scroll down to the 3D section): https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html This fix should help: Go to Preferences Technology Previews, and check the box for "Deactivate Native Canvas," then restart Photoshop. Hi Sally, Photoshop CC supports 3D and will be for the next 1+ years, maybe this issue is caused by bug in current Photoshop version, but Adobe knows about it. If case of other issues, here are temporary fixes from Adobe (please scroll to 3D section): https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html This should help: "Go to Preferences Technology Previews, and check the item Deactivate Native Canvas, then restart Photoshop. " Have you updated your PS recently? Newest PS version have a lot of bugs, so we can recommend to install one of the older Photoshop versions. For now, recommended PS version by Adobe is: 22.X / 23.X (Please Deactivate Native Canvas as well) You can install more than one PS app via Creative Cloud. We know that 3D may not be supported and we are in constant contact with Adobe for some time now. We will be talking about possible solutions that Adobe can provide, or we will remake/make these files compatible with newest Photoshop versions. So, until then we will be ready with all the files to be compatible! :) Let me know if that helped! PS. We do not recommend to uninstall older PS versions until all the files won't be updated or Photoshop bugs fixed.
